Why is Google the most popular and used search engine? It is one of the most debatable subjects of all time. The discussion about this might get bigger than it is great, and the facts can clash with each other.
Tech writer Levy Steve long ago voiced his take on mastering Google. What made the brand’s success?
Top search engine tech company Google has everything that meets the definition of an always-up-to-date search toolkit. Google has succeeded in bringing new and achievable ways of optimizing its search engine up to par.
According to Steve, Google had a remarkable way of focusing on the quality of engineering. To work on the search engine, Google is focused on hunting down the most talented engineers. This talent hunt is an aspiration for many engineering students, who wish to develop their careers at Google.
Why is Bing behind Google in the search game? Let’s do a simple Google search on Google and Bing. If you type the word “search†into Google, you can get over 14,170,000,000 results in 0.57 seconds.
On the other hand, if you search for the same word on Bing, you will get around 8,300,000,000 results and Yahoo can bring you 3,905,032,704 results.
Bing is ahead of Yahoo by approximately 4,394,967,296 results. So who won ? Google showed 5,870,000,000 more results than Bing. This example shows that the place of Yahoo and Bing in relation to the Google search engine is not the same.
“People want more results. Well, not only are the results what they want, but they also want tidy, organized elements that have strong relevance to what people are looking for on the web. Google is always one step ahead in finding technical solutions to problems, for example by combining last-minute artificial intelligence to improve the search process. The brand has made voice search a must-have tool, â€said Shanta Samiya, 8th grade student at Viqarunnisa Noon School in Dhaka.
Shanta uses Google voice search to practice her English vocabulary, and she’s happy with what Google shows her.
The history of Google is widely known and discussed. You can’t do something ridiculously famous if there isn’t a specialty. Google has always had great visionary minds at its head.
From its birth phase, Google founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin focused on displaying tidy search results, avoiding shore clutter. The sorted search results included the most important links relevant to the searched object. Google always keeps it lucid for users. Only, Google now wants the wings of its bird to be bigger than ever. For example, top notch artificial intelligence combined with simple Google search. Yes, remember to search with an image and Google will show you the best recommendations based on your type. Still, you don’t want Google? It is not possible.
A search engine is better than the other existing ones, Google still has a vision to maintain this. In search of better ways to improve software and hardware performance, indexing as many websites as possible is the tactic Google always follows.
Bing is not a total loser because people are using it. Microsoft’s search engine has more than 10 million downloads to date on the Google Play Store. Bing displays visually pleasing stories, wallpapers, and even beautiful landscapes. Users can also customize privacy restrictions.
Compared to this, Google’s search engine tends to adopt more recent cookie updates than any other search engine.
Yahoo’s outlook is not as straightforward as Bing. The search toolkit home page features horoscopes, article titles on various content. The outlook appears to have a similarity to the outlook on the Microsoft News webpage. Google doesn’t have any of that on its homepage and it’s the easiest ever.
Google has Quaint Doodles that usually have some memorable days in the “I feel lucky” section. Google has a lighter and faster app, Google Go, for search purposes. Bing and Yahoo don’t have lighter versions.
Navid Zaman Sharid, a second year computer science and engineering student at East West University, Dhaka, shared his thoughts on the relevance of search engine results.
He said that Google’s search engine optimization (SEO) feat and orderly presentation of results appealed to him more than other search engines.
According to Sharid, Bing doesn’t show results in an organized and sorted way, and it was often irrelevant. He can’t say “this is what I want” after searching for content on it.
Therefore, its Google search experience is much better than that of Bing. Speaking of Yahoo, the search engine is not a primary option for many people on the Internet.
Overall, Google has managed to stay at the classic level in collecting user data to personalize search results and provide a variety of cookie settings.
Google has only grown over time and has become a center of attraction on the Internet. Will the Google charm last? It’s only a matter of time to see.
